Services and Fees
Formal supervision sessions can be either individual or group.
Individual sessions will last for 60 minutes each and be held weekly or bi-weekly based on need identified by supervisee. The fee is $150 per hour of supervision.
Group sessions will be held once a month for three hours. The fee is $225 per session.
Additional formal supervision sessions are available with advanced notice.
At a minimum, 1 hour of supervision for every 10 hours of direct client contact will be provided until supervisee is eligible to apply for American Art Therapy Registration and Oregon State Art Therapy License.
After licensure is achieved, this service will follow an open-ended and as-needed timeline, with a 30-day notice of termination by either supervisor or supervisee and a renegotiation of payment plan.
Payment will be due within 24 hours of completed supervision, unless otherwise established. Receipt of payment is available upon request. Sliding scale available.
Supervision Style
Clinical supervision is your time to grow and develop as a counselor with feedback and support.
My supervision style is direct, conversational and collaborative and is largely based on developmental and person-centered models. By providing a space that is both safe and challenging, we’ll explore your professional identity, healthy boundaries, and processing emotional reactions that occur in your work.
My Approach
No matter the condition of the body or the brain, people have the capacity to make positive changes in the way they perceive and engage with themselves and the world, which significantly impacts quality of life and resilience.
In my clinical practice, art therapy interventions are offered with a person-centered, solution-focused therapy approach to counseling.
Positive psychology, psychosocial development and cultural humility combine to provide my philosophical foundation.
Working as an art therapist and counselor for over two decades, I have a wealth of clinical knowledge and continue to be fueled by a passion for holistic care in a variety of medical settings.
Beyond my clinical work, I strive to positively affect social change and wellbeing in various ways, finding common goals between art and medicine.
